March 18, 2014 2:29 pm

It’s been reported that in the House of Commons Justice Minister Simon Hughes told MPs that the public’s right to freedom of information will be written into contracts for private companies who carry out public services. Hughes said that a new code of practice for private companies will be in place by the end of the year, and guarantees shall be written into contracts after that.
